You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. We will refund the full order amount including the original shipping costs to you. The costs for returning your product are at your own expense. These are usually around €6.95 per package. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product, including all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to us. You can register your return by sending an e-mail to support@holydrvn.com. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Always include the return form with your return shipment. This way we can process your return correctly and quickly.

What should you pay attention to?
• You always have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order.
• Register your return via support@holydrvn.com.
• Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Make sure that the product is returned complete and – if possible – in its original condition and packaging.
• Is the product damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to view it? Then we can charge a depreciation. So treat the product carefully and ensure good packaging when returning it.
After your return notification, you will receive the correct return address from us.
We will let you know when we have received your return. You will receive a confirmation by email within 5 working days.
After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 to 5 working days. We will use the same payment method that you used to pay. Are you returning the entire order? Then you will also receive any shipping costs for the outward shipment back.
